Splendit is developed by Svensk FormVision AB, an architecture firm in Stockholm that designs terraced houses, semi-detached houses, apartment buildings and assisted-living homes, and handles building permits for private clients and companies.
We wanted a colleague who knows the whole rulebook, never forgets what the municipality said last time and has the energy to do the ventilation layout once more when the plan changes.
Svensk FormVision has for years been early in using parametric design and AI in design work. Splendit began as our own tool to stop moving diffusers by hand after every plan change, and grew into a design engineer that covers the whole chain.
Every rule and every recipe in Splendit is written by us as architects, tested in real projects and reviewed before it reaches customers. That is also why lessons from your projects are reviewed by us before they are shared on.
Trial keys, agreements, support and suggestions for rules and recipes all go to the same address.
Splendit never sends models, drawings or prompts to Svensk FormVision AB. The AI model talks directly to your provider from your computer.
Company and invoicing details, licence keys and licence sessions, payment status via Stripe, and error reports and lessons if you have turned that on. The servers are in the EU (Stockholm).
Monthly or annual agreements according to the selected tier. Payment, cancellation and any renewal are specified in the agreement. Swedish law applies. Full terms and the privacy policy are published with version numbers.
